NSA Whistle-Blower Tells ALL

NSA Whistle-Blower Tells ALL

William Binney, a 32-year veteran of the
National Security Agency, helped design
a top-secret program he says is broadly
collecting Americans' personal data.

The program, called Stellar Wind is
ongoing.

It is a subversion of the Constitution and of
any number of laws.

Top Justice Department officials threatened
to resign in 2004 because Stellar Wind
violated  the law. Their objections to the
law are not  public nor do Americans currently
have any say in this matter.

The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act that
oversees the NSA is scheduled to be reauthorized
in December 2012. Thirteen senators have signed
a letter expressing concern that the law allows
the collection of personal data from US citizens.

As Binney says, "We can call ourselves a democracy
but that doesn't mean that we will stay that way."

PS:  Please take note of the date 2004 and
WHO WAS IN OFFICE during this time?

If you can't recall -- BUSH, Jr.

Anytime anybody, either in the government (any government) or outside of government, talks about the constitution in regard to government activities/actions, it's a moot point because the constitution does not apply to any government, at any level, because they are all corporations, from the federal level right on down to the local level such as, cities, towns, townships, etc. Constitutions do not apply to corporations nor does the need for one to be born in the UNITED STATES. So all this talk about birth certificates, tax records, etc. as being needed to show proof of eligibility to run for president of a corporation is just plain non-sense. In regard to tax returns corporations do not have the authority to lay and/or collect a tax on wages/earnings, etc. because they don't operate under constitutional authority. So, if there is no authority to lay and/or collect a tax, there is no need to pay a tax and therefore no need for a tax return in the first place. There goes the idea that candidates for government office need to show copies of their tax returns because no one is even required to pay an income tax. Does, McDonalds, Microsoft or Safeway have the authority to lay and collect a tax on your income? Neither does any corporate government entity. Furthermore all of these, so called, laws, rules, regulations passed or instituted by executive order are non-constitutional; they are only legal in a corporate sense but not lawful in the constitutional sense, i.e. common law.
There is a big difference between legal and lawful. Legal is corporate, color of law, such as: statutes, rules, regulations, etc. all copyrighted and private. A statute is an abrogation of law (the opposite), not law. Now lawful is law and belongs to the people in regard to the common law, if one could find a common law court; almost non-existent, at this time. Another thing that people have been led to believe is: "that one is innocent until proven guilty." Not in the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INC. If you go into virtually, any court in America (which is the country; not THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INC,) which is masquerading as a country, you will find a gold fringed flag which tells you the jurisdiction of the CORPORATION is Admiralty jurisdiction (military jurisdiction) guilty until proven innocent; just the opposite of what you have been led to believe, through the corporate controlled, so called, education system. Nothing that you have been led to believe is as it seems. It is all a fiction/illusion which appears to be real because, in our ignorance, we allow it. And it goes on and on and on. I've only scratched the surface of truth. This I will say, if it has to do with government, in ay way, it is a FRAUD due to lack of full disclosure. And FRAUD vitiates any contract (nunc pro tunc) from the beginning.
