This is something that we should all work on getting our respective State legislatures to pass immediately!! Maryhrt http://blog.alexanderhiggins.com/2012/08/07/nevada-foreclosure-fraud-stopped-felony-163211/ Once Nevada made it a crime (a felony) to file Fraudulent mortgage foreclosure paperwork with the courts, Subject to 10 years in jail and fines of $10,000 per violation. Foreclosures stopped.
