Restore America - James Timothy Turner alias 'Benedict Arnold' - More Complaints Wash.

I live in Washington “state.”  I have paid close attention to many groups since approximately 2005, but I never joined any because there was always some aspect with which I disagreed. I followed along with the parts I agreed with and observed the rest from a distance.   

Although I was familiar with one fellow's work whom I think may have been connected indirectly, and I thought most of what he did was good, I lost interest when he began involving notary publics in Bankruptcy proceedings.  That was the last I heard until your website appeared, as a NESARA location.  I got interested in Turner largely because you were so adamantly opposed to him. It made me curious.  I went to his website and found the requirements to “belong” to this group.  

I was really annoyed to find that this little band of uninformed people made so-called political changes that they apparently kept secret.  The changes soon became obviously  mistakes, and I pointed them out.

I found a “State Ambassador” (salesman with a territory?) who was looking to sign people up for approximately $300-400 per person.  After paying the fees and receiving three I.D. cards, a member could then “vote” and have access to the inner workings of the entire movement presumably through the website.  

I became rather vocal.  First, I was annoyed with the moderator using a quasi public purpose as his personal bully pulpit to press his religious views. He went way beyond an opening and closing prayer. 

Then I questioned the forms requiring two witnesses and no seal.  So, I forwarded my research concerning constitutional full faith and credit and how it is achieved which led to me redesigning their form to allow for a notary seal. They claimed they couldn’t use the county recorder because it was under the Corporation. They objected because they felt they couldn’t possibly use a notary.  I then explained that a notary is constitutional. This led to a rather involved explanation as to why there are two governments existing side by side, but only one is perpetual.  I gave examples as why this is so.   

Finally we reached the core issue: WHY SHOULD ANY CITIZEN IN POSSESSION OF A CERTIFIED BIRTH CERTIFICATE NEED TO SPEND THREE OR FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS TO PROVE CITIZENSHIP?  

I got a sneering reply in the form of a  question.  WELL, WHO SIGNED YOUR BIRTH CERTIFICATE??  My reply to that is, the doctor was a witness to a live birth.  It is recorded in my birth state and available by certified copy. 

Apparently, the final straw was my questioning why they were attempting to apply the 1878 Washington constitution including all of the initial signatures by changing it to a territorial constitution.   There is no such thing. (Territories exist by the Federal Organic Law first applied to Ohio) A territory can be granted by Congress as soon as the population reaches 5,000 free male inhabitants of full age.  There must be 60,000 inhabitants for statehood with one delegate for each 1,200 inhabitants. 

Washington was never properly ratified as a state.  In 1878 an election was held, but did not have the required number of inhabitants (according to the number of delegates signing).  In 1889, a constitution was adopted, but no election was held. In addition, the 1889 constitution was not signed properly.  Thus, by these technical defects, Washington is still a territory under the organic Constitution of the United States of America- the only constitutional territory granted prior to the Civil War standing next to thirty-four states.  

Sixteen states were ratified after the Civil War under the Corporation, as such are not constitutionally ratified.  The fact that Washington is still a territory, means that the organic constitution is still a viable document (including the Thirteenth Amendment).  Moreover, when an Army or Naval Officer graduates from either academy, he holds two commissions - one under the Army of the United States of America and the second under the US ARMY, or the Navy of the United States of America or the US NAVY.  Both commissions are under consideration for promotions, pay, and retirement. 

I tried to explain all of this to this group, but they were so anxious to do “something” that they made a number of serious mistakes, in my opinion.  They simply do not understand how states, and territories came into being and how that affects the unraveling of the whole mess, and what amendments to the Constitution of the United States of America must occur to include women, black people and Indians.  And, by the way of continuing territory status, the President is the one to appoint Governors and other state officials for those jurisdictions. 

Eventually, I was told I would not be welcome unless I "joined."  I believe they are well meaning, albeit misinformed, and secrecy works to their disadvantage.
