There's no question that information about what to do for digestive
problems both in print and on the internet is abundant. It's easy to find.

The question really is: How GOOD is that information?
And even more: Is that all there is? Or has something crucial been left out?
Let's take Crohn's disease as an example...
If you were to search for information on Crohn's, you would uncover oceans of books, publications and internet sites telling you that the traditional treatment options for Crohn's are drugs and surgery.
Typical.
Some holistic sites might also suggest nutritional supplements.
That's better.
