4. The “Fines & Penalties”, Foreign Currency Revaluation, Prosperity Packages, the Global Settlements Program, Prosperity Packages, Native American Claims, Humanitarian funds are to be paid out simultaneously effective IMMEDIATELY.

What Drake is saying has an amazing resemblance to nesara. Drake was asked by bill wood about nesara and mentioned there were 2 nesara`s which I know of already. Drake said that the "Real" nesara papers are on major lock down and he would try to get some intel. on that but he also commented that nesara has changed from the original documents. How would drake know it has changed so much if he himself doesnt have intel on it `cause of lock down? Just curious. I am not knocking drake in the least, I am a big fan of his and certainly gets my nod 120%

the author of the youtube video, as well as the commenters have all missed the point. The people do have the final say, it is part of the organic, founding document called the Declaration of Independence. All one has to say is "no, you do not have my consent, pursuant to the Declaration of Independence".
