Filing Land Patents to remove land from taxation

John,
The Arizona Sentinel is offering documents to file for LAND PATENTS.  This Land Patent Document is supposed to remove the land from taxation meaning, to convert the FEE SIMPLE DEED back into an ALLODIAL DEED.

I believe it would be interesting to follow up on this and perhaps post it on the NESARA BLOG.  I haven't seen the paperwork and if it works in one State it should work in all States.

The former ALLODIAL DEED recognized sovereignty and guaranteed that your Home was your Castle!  No government could tax the land; nobody could trespass on your property; you had every right to defend your land using lethal force if necessary and no bank would loan you money against your land because they had no way to foreclose on it in the event of a default.  The GOVERNMENT, BANKS and the BAR are responsible for causing the conversion from ALLODIAL DEED to a FEE SIMPLE DEED.

Where are the associated links to information about ALLODIAL DEEDS? The article link is not regarding alluvial deeds.

Land Patents; I bought some land in Montana back in 1985 and was trying to get a land patent for it. I found that the Railroad that went through the area had a patent for 99 years on the land for 50 miles on each side of the rail line. When the 99 years was up, it simply renewed their patent I believe it's this way along all railroads. If you live within 50 miles of a Railroad, you will not own the property.

Years ago I read where only one sq mile on alternate sides of the tracks were "loaned" to the RR for the natural resources they could use. Then, High thieves broke into Library of Congress, stole original docs, and replaced them with what we have today. A few high ranking sentinels were killed or replaced. It was said that serious blood was spilled for this "transition."
If it is a lie, someone else told it first. I try not to repeat "rumors" but this story holds water; at least, in my book.
50 miles on each side of the track is ridiculous, one mile on alternate side of the track, temp use of natural resources is realistic, considering they were paid by taxpayers to perform the work.

If you enter 'land patents' into the search box feature it will bring up the information at the Sentinel website.

For a well documented story about railroad allowances read "The Great American Swindle" by June Naugle www.authorhouse.com. Both 50 miles either side and alternating sq. mile are correct depending the route built.

railroad receive every other section, patents move thru assignment therefore if you have a warranty deed you have an assignment. which you can perfect and get your rights under the original patent
