Responding to the US Senate request lead by Senator Al Franken, AT&T, Sprint, HTC, and Samsung have sent the list of all the phones with Carrier IQ spyware installed in them.
The carriers have also admitted that Carrier IQ also captured the content of text messages "under certain conditions."
Here's the complete list:

What is Carrier IQ?
Carrier IQ logs information about your whereabouts as well as other personal data such as browsing history, application usage and phone numbers.
The Carrier IQ application also captures the content of your text messages, according to AT&T. This happens when you are talking on the phone and you sned or receive a text message: "the CIQ software also captured the content of SMS text messages—when and only when—such messages were sent or received while a voice call was in progress." Thing about this John, is that it is "CARRIER" IQ, which means it is software deployed by a CARRIER. It can go on virtually any phone. So the question is, not what phones can it be installed on, but what CARRIERS are using Carrier IQ.

Note that Sprint DEPLOYED Carrier IQ on 26 million different devices, so the question is not what phone you have, it's what carrier you are using and what their current policy is.

The right thing to Google your carrier name and "Carrier IQ" like this to find your carrier's current policy on Carrier IQ, then call your carrier to confirm:

"Carrier IQ" Verizon
"Carrier IQ" AT&T
"Carrier IQ" T-Mobile

Hope this helps!

You know, if you know for certain that your calls are being listened to or your text messages were being read, you could have some fun with them. You could send some suggestive subliminal messages that would get them all excited. AND what if a million people did this at the same time ?

Bottom line with all of this,s.o.p.a.,etc, is people need to band together and use collective power to keep the government /corporate power interests from completely controlling every aspect of life. Help each other as much as possible, release fear and get in joy/better spaces of mind and create a better world
